Autumn in Alaska-Final Chapter

Autumn seems to be quickly making its way towards winter:  The trees are losing their leaves, the dwarf birch and blueberry bush leaves are browning and there is termination dust on the nearby mountains. It makes for invigorating walks.  The weather is cooler, dipping to freezing at night, leaving frost on the plants.  Like autumn, we will be leaving shortly for the season but will be back in the spring for another beautiful season in Alaska.  You may want to come up, as well!!

Enjoy the last of the autumn pictures.  imag1680
